We are taking reservation for our autumn litter, contact us!
Would you like to raise a Leonberger? Then you're in the right place!
If you would like to express interest, please contact us using the information on our contact page! We can then provide you with all information. We are always happy to hear from you, be it to discuss the breed, the prospect of welcoming a Leo puppy in your life or the way our kennel operates.
We are waiting for Xyra, the future mom, to be ready for breeding, which should occur within the next month. In the meantime, we are collecting expression of interest and possible reservation. Upon contact, we typically arrange a visit with prospective owners, so they can meet our dogs (and us).
We like to ensure that our puppies live long and well, in a loving family and environment.
Like all dogs, Leo's deserve love, attention and space. And like all larger dogs, Leo's will be large animals that cannot be controlled by force alone. As such, prospective owners should be prepared to educate their Leo, in such a way to establish trust early and maintain it throughout its life.
Before placing a dog in a new family, we make sure that the environment is adapted to a Leo. We put particular emphasis on the prospective owner's propensity to invest in the dog's wellbeing. We do not have a list of absolutely necessary conditions, as every family is different; but we make sure that there is room for adapting to the arrival of a puppy.
We are happy to help and provide all suggestions and recommendations. We have more than 20 years of experience in adapting spaces, choosing food, finding appropriate veterinary care and consulting education specialists.

Yellow's Garden's and our kennels have a long-standing relationship. They have often contributed males for our litters – actually their Hakuna is Xyra's great-grandfather. We however put a lot of emphasis on a rich genetic diversity to insure healthy puppies. We thus avoid inbreeding as much as possible.
In addition, we also tested the prospective parents for the genetic diseases frequently found in Leonbergers – whose results are publicly available for instance through the Leonberger's database.
We like to work with Yellow's Garden, not only because of a personnal connection and our past collaboration, but also because we know they take their dogs' wellbeing very seriously. Thus their dogs not only come from lines that are carefully monitored for health, they are also friendly, well-balanced and confident.
